Plugins Tab

Plugins add additional functionality to your blog, and along with the innumerable themes available, this additional functionality is what sets WordPress apart from most other web authoring platforms. Below is a list of plugins we currently have made available on UMW Blogs (more will be coming as they are developed or need for them arises -so don't hesitate to let us know if there is something you need to do but cannot).

Activting Plugins

Activating a plugin is as easy as clicking the activate link next to the plugin description, once a plugin is activated it will be highlighted in green. Keep in mind that certain plugins may plso require you to activate a widget so that you can incorporate it into your sidebar. Additionally, certain plugins may require you to setup certain features (setting up any particular plugin might require you to look for these settings once you activate it in the Options or Manage tabs). Along with the list of plugins available on UMW Blogs, we also not whether it has an associated widget, if it needs to be customized, and where you can do that. What else could you want?! We're spoiling you crazy folks.
